- General criteria
Over the age of 18, mentally and physically healthy, articulate speakers.
Able to work for an agreed upon number of hours every week or every month; come on time and be responsible.
Eager to help, able to participate in seminars, able to volunteer for over one year.
- Special requirements（ satisfy only one ）
Studied or trained professionally in ceramics art, technology, or history.
Experienced with secretarial works.
Experienced in ceramic education.
Has basic knowledge of word processing or data input with computer.
Experienced or interested in tour guiding.
Skilled in team organization, inter-personal activities, promotion, and interpretation.
Skilled in a foreign language or other abilities. Interested in volunteering in this museum.
