This website is designed to be accessible for everyone. The three main areas of the websites all include features for users with visual impairment as well as keyboard shortcuts：
1) the linked menu above,2) at the center, and 3) the linked menu to the right.
The website features the following keystroke shortcuts﹝access keys﹞：
Pressing "Alt + M" brings the user to the linked menu at the top. This area lists the most important pages on the website and the link to switch between versions.
Pressing "Alt + C" brings the user to the main contents at the center, which displays the text and images of each web page.
Pressing "Alt + R" brings the user to the linked menu at the right. This area links to some other pages on the website.
